Edge Node Integration

This Point of Presence provides media chunk distribution, adaptive bitrate caching, and low-latency streaming transport. Global cache management and analytics are provisioned via api.mediabyte.tech/v1/.

Local Endpoints

GET /version.json — build, node identifier, and regional metadata
GET /health.json — automated liveness probe
GET /status — node operational status
GET /api/ — management and diagnostic interface (requires Bearer token)

hls.cdn-edge-2.mediabyte.tech — HLS segment delivery (/segments/v2/)
dash.cdn-edge-2.mediabyte.tech — MPEG-DASH chunk distribution (/dash/v1/chunk/)
rtc.cdn-edge-2.mediabyte.tech — WebRTC & low-latency QUIC transport (UDP/443)

Rate limit: 120 req/min per client on management endpoints. Media streaming traffic is unthrottled. Node status.
